PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS
Description
The Little Beaver Historical Society’s Museum Tour Program (MTP) is a self-guided, autonomous, visitor-centered activity using digital media and internet technology to engage visitors and enhance the museum experience. At select “tour stops,” visitors use their mobile devices to scan QR codes and access audio and text narratives about the exhibits or points of interest.

- Responds to needs and expectations of younger visitors and those with special needs
Objectives
This program will:
- Create a self-guided, autonomous activity for visitors
- Provide detailed, accurate, and consistent information to visitors
- Collect and measure visitors’ interest in various exhibits
- Provide an immediate feedback mechanism
- Create funding opportunities for the museum
Costs
- Initial program start-up fee = $250 + $15/ATS
- Annual service fee = $50
- Additions & revisions = $25/ATS
