Today I take a walk through the tiny town of Homewood, PA, in Beaver County. Homewood was incorporated in 1910. However, it goes back as far as 1800 when it was part of the Big beaver Borough. It was also the location of Beaver County’s stone quarry and railroad development. It also was in possession of numerous railroads and streetcars and hotels. A gentleman named Charles Hunter was elected the first burgess of the town.
