A video soundtrack has areas of severe clipping and associated distortion, along with minor issues of muddiness in the voice over track.

THE FIX 

Using iZotope RX7 and Audacity DAW:

• applied spectral de-noise, de-plosive, de-mouth click, de-esser, breath control
• clipping repair
• Sectral repair, voice de-noise
• EQ curve: rolled off low end and high end
• applied compression 3:1 ratio at around -12dB
• loudness normalization (Integrated BS.1770 2/3/4)
