Rivertown Anthology: Voices of Beaver County is a listening project for the stories of people and spaces in Beaver County. It a production of HumanCity Films.
The project was founded by Christopher Padgett, is a filmmaker based north of Pittsburgh, PA. He started HumanCity Films as a place for stories of people and cities in process. Sometimes dealing with trauma, the breakdown and healing of relationships, or even the experience of trying to discover what “rebirth” looks like. This is intended to be a safe home for expression, for where a person’s story is at right now, and for letting them be in process.
The goal of the project is to bring communication, understanding, and empathy to the healing process through sharing of story and promotion of vulnerability.
